1. Overview The DCL Kickoff Challenge ("Challenge") is a free-to-play prediction game hosted within Decentraland. No purchase or payment is required to participate.

2. Eligibility The Challenge is open to any user with access to Decentraland. By participating, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to receive prizes in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, do not participate.

3. How to Participate

• Enter the Prediction World at kickoff.dcl.eth
• Claim your free DCL Community Soccer Jersey
• Submit your match predictions before each match's kickoff time
• Predictions lock at match kickoff and cannot be changed after that point

4. Scoring

• Correct match outcome: 3 points
• Exact score prediction: 2 extra points
• Wrong prediction or no prediction: 0 points

Final Prediction Bonus (Final only):

• Correct final winner: 5 points

• Exact final score: +10 extra points (added on top of the 5 points for predicting the correct final winner)

  These points are added to the Overall Leaderboard only

5. Stages & Prizes

6. Winner Determination Winners are determined by the scoring logic embedded in the game code. In the event of a tied score, the participant with the highest number of exact score predictions (5-point hits) will be ranked higher. If still tied, the system's determination is final. RGL's determination of winners is final and binding.

6.1 Knockout Stage Match Result Determination During the Knockout Stage, the official match result is the score after 120 minutes (including extra time). Penalty shootouts are not considered part of the final score and are used only to determine which team advances.

Example: 1-1 after 90 minutes, 3-3 after extra time, and 4-3 on penalties → official result is 3-3.
